Description:
The only pot you will ever need. Crafted from cast iron, this 2-in-1 Dutch oven excels at everything from slow-cooked stews and artisan bread to perfectly seared meats. Its thick walls ensure even heat distribution and superior heat retention, while the spacious base makes it ideal for frying, roasting, braising, and baking. The domed, close-fitting lid enhances steam circulation, locks in moisture, and intensifies flavour for consistently rich results. With regular use, it develops a rich patina that becomes naturally non-stick and increasingly durable over time.
Features:
- 2-in-1 Versatility: The reversible lid doubles as a frying pan, effectively giving you two essential pans in one.
- Secure Grip: Wide loop handles on both the pot and lid ensure a firm, safe grip, even when wearing oven gloves.
- Exceptional Heat Resistance: Made from cast iron capable of withstanding temperatures up to 400°C.
- Oven & Hob Safe: Suitable for use on gas, electric, and induction hobs, as well as in ovens.

Notes:
- Before first use, season the pot: Wash and dry it completely. Apply a thin, even coat of cooking oil (vegetable oil, shortening, or lard), then wipe off any excess with a lint-free cloth. Place it upside down in a preheated oven or grill and heat for 1 hour. Let it cool fully to set the seasoning.
- Cast-iron pans get extremely hot, so always use pan mitts or pan holders when handling them.
- Avoid exposing a hot cast-iron pan to cold water or vice versa, as this can cause the pan to crack. Allow it to cool gradually before cleaning it.
- Despite efforts for accuracy, there may be some reasonable error due to manual measurement.
- Actual product colours may vary due to monitor settings & lightings.
General Care:
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water and dry completely. You can place the cookware in a warm oven for 15 minutes or use low heat to ensure it is completely dry.
- Because cast iron distributes heat evenly, it is preferable to cook on low to medium heat. Overheating can damage the seasoning and cause food to stick.
- Do not use sharp or metal objects on the cooking surface.
- Preheat the cookware on low heat for 5 minutes before gradually increasing the temperature.
Cleaning & Maintenance:
Step 1: Wash
Wash your cast-iron cookware by hand. A small amount of mild soap is acceptable. For stuck-on food, use a pan scraper. For stubborn residue, simmer a little water in the pan for 3–5 minutes, allow the pan to cool, and then scrape it off.
Step 2: Dry
Dry the cookware thoroughly with a lint-free cloth or paper towel. If you notice a small amount of black residue on the towel, it is just seasoning and is perfectly normal.
Step 3: Oil
Apply a very light layer of cooking oil to the surface. Wipe with a paper towel until no excess oil remains.
Step 4: Store
Once cooled, store in a cool, dry place. If storing with a lid, place a paper towel or newspaper between the lid and the pan to allow air circulation.
Re-seasoning:
Step 1: If you have quite a bit of rust, fill with water, bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes. Remove hot water and let the cookware cool down. Then scour off the rust again.
Step 2: Preheat the oven to approximately 200 degrees Celsius, or heat up an outside grill.
Step 3: Wash the cast iron product with hot water and a stiff brush, and repeat.
Step 4: Rinse and dry.
Step 5: Apply warm oil, melted vegetable shortening or lard with either a clean lint-free cloth or quality paper towel over the entire product.
Step 6: Remove excess oil, as it will only flake off.
Step 7: Place upside down on an outside grill (to cut down smoke in the house), or place in a preheated oven (line the oven with foil to catch excess oil).
Step 8: Leave for 1 hour and allow to cool.
