Description:
The only pot you will ever need. Crafted from chemical-free cast iron, this 2-in-1 Dutch oven unlocks endless meal possibilities. Thick walls provide even heat distribution and excellent heat retention, ideal for slow-cooked stews, artisan bread, and seared meats. The spacious cooking base supports frying, roasting, braising, and baking. Although it lacks a traditional non-stick coating, regular use builds up a natural seasoning that becomes naturally non-stick over time. A domed, close-fitting lid improves steam circulation, locks in moisture, and enhances flavour, delivering consistently rich results with every dish.
Features:
- 2-in-1 Versatility: The reversible lid doubles as a frying pan, effectively giving you two essential pans in one.
- Secure Grip: Wide loop handles on both the pot and lid ensure a firm, safe grip, even when wearing oven gloves.
- Oven & Stovetop Ready: Compatible with open flame, induction, and oven, with a cast iron body that withstands temperatures up to 400°C.

Notes:
- Cast-iron pans get extremely hot, so always use pan mitts or pan holders when handling them.
- Avoid exposing a hot cast-iron pan to cold water or vice versa, as this can cause the pan to crack. Allow it to cool gradually before cleaning it.
- Despite efforts for accuracy, there may be some reasonable error due to manual measurement.
- Actual product colours may vary due to monitor settings & lightings.
Initial Use and General Care:
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water and dry completely. You can place the cookware in a warm oven for 15 minutes or use low heat to ensure it is completely dry.
- Because cast iron distributes heat evenly, it is preferable to cook on low to medium heat. Overheating can damage the seasoning and cause food to stick.
- Do not use sharp or metal objects on the cooking surface.
- Preheat the cookware on low heat for 5 minutes before gradually increasing the temperature.
Cleaning & Maintenance:
Step 1: Wash
Wash your cast-iron cookware by hand. A small amount of mild soap is acceptable. For stuck-on food, use a pan scraper. For stubborn residue, simmer a little water in the pan for 3–5 minutes, allow the pan to cool, and then scrape it off.
Step 2: Dry
Dry the cookware thoroughly with a lint-free cloth or paper towel. If you notice a small amount of black residue on the towel, it is just seasoning and is perfectly normal.
Step 3: Oil
Apply a very light layer of cooking oil to the surface. Wipe with a paper towel until no excess oil remains.
Step 4: Store
Once cooled, store in a cool, dry place. If storing with a lid, place a paper towel or newspaper between the lid and the pan to allow air circulation.
