Important Safety Instructions:
1. Unit Placement
Set the unit on a flat, hard surface with all feet fully touching the floor. Avoid soft carpets, which may affect accuracy. Keep objects taller than 5 cm at least 30 cm away from the front to prevent sensor interference.
2. Litter Use
For first use, add max 3 kg of tofu/mixed litter or 4.5 kg of mineral litter. For others, stay within this range. Always follow the MAX and MIN fill lines inside the chamber. The unit auto-calibrates 30 minutes after adding litter. If a cat enters during this time, the operation continues as normal.
3. Power & Restart
After powering on, wait 3–8 minutes for self-calibration. Do not move the unit while powered, as this affects weight accuracy. If needed, restart by powering off and on; the unit returns to default mode after self-check.
4. Cleaning
Buttons are disabled during cleaning. If waste is not fully collected, check if the bin door is blocked. Some clean litter may enter the bin—refill only to the MAX line to prevent sticking or waste.
5. Bin Bag Handling
Before replacing the bin bag, press and hold “Clean” or “Deodorise” for 2 seconds to tilt the chamber. Use 45 × 50 cm drawstring bags only. Improper bag placement can cause spills or jams.
6. Maintenance
Always unplug before cleaning. Reinstall the dry chamber securely and refill it with litter before reconnecting the power. For inaccurate weight readings, ensure all feet are on a firm, level surface.
7. Safe Use
Not suitable for kittens under 1 kg or nursing cats. Keep the main unit dry and unplug it when moving or storing it. Supervise children and enable child lock via app or button hold.
