Warning:
1. Operate the car wheel dolly jack only on level or smooth ground. Avoid inclines and obstacles. Once the tire lifts, unstable motion can occur.
2. Never start the engine or move the vehicle while the jack is in use. It is meant for mechanical lifting only.
3. Always secure the locking pin after lifting. When finished, pull the pin out and release the valve to lower the car wheel safely.
Operating Instructions:
1. Prepare the Jack: Place the jack on a flat surface and press down on the pedal to release the pedal lock. Pull out the locking pin from the frame.
2. Position the Jack Around the Tire: Before use, open the release valve by turning the hand-wheel counterclockwise. Expand the jack using the hand-wheel until it can fit around the tire. Ensure both rollers are in full contact with the tire tread. For better control during expansion, place your left hand on top of the left axle and your right hand at the center of the pedal. Once positioned correctly, close the release valve by turning the hand-wheel clockwise until snug. The jack is now ready for use.
3. Align the Jack Properly: Install the jack so it runs parallel to the sidewall of tyre. Maintain approximately 3/4" of clearance between the tire and the jack. Proper alignment is critical—misalignment can cause the tire to press against the axle instead of the rollers, potentially damaging the jack and voiding the warranty.
4. Lift the Tyre: Flip the directional lever upward and press the foot pedal using smooth, even strokes. Continue cycling the pedal until the tire is lifted about 1 inch off the ground. For maximum stability, keep the tyre as close to the ground as possible. Once lifted, always secure the locking pin before operating. Repeat this process for the remaining tires as needed to maneuver the vehicle.
5. Lower and Remove the Jack: To release the jack, pull the locking pin from the frame and slowly open the release valve by turning the hand-wheel counterclockwise. The jack can be removed once the rollers disengage from the tire.
