Description:

This versatile cast-iron pan is perfect for frying and grilling, even for beginners. Its dual-zone design features a smooth flat centre for eggs, pancakes, and stir-fries, while grill ridges around the edges create attractive sear marks, adding smoky flavour. Over time, the surface develops a natural non-stick seasoning for effortless food release and cleaning. A slightly raised rim contains liquids and prevents spills, and radiating ridges on the base ensure even heat with minimal hot spots. Compatible with gas, induction, and ceramic cooktops, ovens, and grills, it transitions seamlessly from stovetop to oven.

Features:

  • [Premium Material] Premium cast iron delivers even heating and superior heat retention for perfectly seared, juicy results.
  • [Oval Design] Fits long ingredients like fish fillets, steaks, and bacon for easier flipping and controlled cooking.
  • [Dual Handles] Helper handles on both sides allow safe lifting, tilting, and convenient wall storage.

Seasoning Method:

1. Begin by washing the cookware with warm water and a soft-bristled brush, then place it on a heat source to dry thoroughly.

2. Prepare a piece of fatty pork skin (or cooking oil) and rub it repeatedly inside the pan several times.

3. After seasoning, let the oil remain in the pan for 5-10 hours to ensure the pan fully absorbs it.

Maintenance Tips:

1. New cookware lacks an oil layer, so be sure to dry it over low heat after each use initially! Then lightly coat it with a thin layer of cooking oil. (After prolonged use, you may not need to oil it every time.) This also helps prevent rusting!

2. When cleaning, use a soft brush with warm water, and it should clean very well. We do not recommend using steel wool or detergent.

3. If rust appears on the cookware, clean the rust with a scouring pad, then repeat the seasoning process.

4. During use and maintenance, the cast iron pot can absorb oils from cooking, forming a protective layer, creating a naturally non-stick surface over time.

5. The uncoated cast iron pot is suitable for use with all types of spatulas.
