Before First Use:

-Before first use, wash the cauldron with warm water and dry it thoroughly inside and out.

-After cleaning, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to the rim to prevent rust.

Daily Use & Safety:

-When preheating, heat the cauldron gradually. Do not dry heat the cauldron when empty.

-Use a wooden or silicone spatula to avoid scratching the enamel.

-The handle will become hot during heating-be careful to avoid burns.

-Do not place the cauldron directly on surfaces that are not heat-resistant.

Cleaning & Care:

-Do not quench the cauldron with cold water. Allow it to cool before cleaning.

-If food sticks, do not use steel wool. Soak in warm water and clean with a soft sponge.

-The milky white inner enamel may turn slightly yellow after prolonged use. This is normal.

-Damage to the enamel layer is permanent. Avoid bumping the cauldron during use and storage.
