Notes

-Moka pot has a good thermal conductivity, in use need to pay attention to control the size of the fire and stewing time, in order to prevent the bottom of the overheating burnt, so the colour change that occurs at the bottom of the lower pot is a normal phenomenon. Generally in 3-5 minutes to complete the liquid, when you hear the obvious out of gas sound, that is, the extraction has been completed, at this time should immediately remove the moka pot from the heat source, to avoid dry burning caused by the bottom of the pot is damaged.

-Despite efforts for accuracy, there may be some reasonable error due to manual measurement.

-Actual product colours may vary due to monitor settings & lightings.

How Mocha Pots Work:

-After the cold water at the bottom is heated, the steam pressure is generated and squeezed to the outlet.

-The steam passes through the middle powder bowl area, so that the coffee is fully extracted by heat.

-The extracted espresso flows from the central channel to the upper pot.
